How To Start Creating Your 90 Day Goal-Achieving Plan!

Are you ready to set you up your 90 Day Goal-Setting and Goal-Achieving Plan?

So that you actually start seeing your goals and dreams manifest into results? I am so excited to share this with you!

Read this post before you continue with this post here :-)

So, have you set forth a clear and a compelling vision of the ONE thing you would really like to achieve, do or feel in the next 90 days?

As Anthony Robbins says, a resolution isn’t resolution until you’ve fully resolved (committed) to do the thing you’ve set out to do and burnt your boats! E.g. no going back baby!

If you feel you’ve set goals in the past and not achieved them, and you lose momentum then I hear you!

It happens to all of us.

That despondent feeling that makes us feel we want to give up EVERYTHING when we don’t do one tiny part of our goal.

But the thing is you have dreams you want to build; a life you dream of and a business that works for you (and not the other way round!)

You are building these dreams so you feel good and inspire others.

So you have TIME.

So that you get that freedom, fun and flexibility that you’ve always dreamed of.

And you get to share your gifts and transform lives and the world at large with your work.

And that means…

We need a plan.

A plan of action we can follow, so that we have something (and hopefully someone) that will hold us accountable, so we stay on track.

A plan we can refer to so we stay motivated and focused.

And once we have a plan, we need to start DOING.

It always starts with the vision, then the beliefs, then the strategy - so you can take focused action to see your results manifest.

You CAN make it happen. If the person you admire can do it. Then so can you :-)

I know we can all doubt ourselves and find many excuses and reasons as to why we can’t fulfil our goals:

“I’m a procrastinator”

“I’m not techy enough”

“Someone else is already doing what I do, so why would anyone listen to me”

“I’m worried what my friends and family might think of me”

But with a plan, and with me here holding your hand, we’re going to do it! And get it done!

It’s time to get those sass pants on and get going my lovely…

Now here’s the thing, many of us focus on SMALL things first, but we need to turn this around and focus on the ONE BIG THING….

And then from there, work backwards.

So, you may have 6 major goals, dreams or objectives you want to achieve in a year, and that’s fine – great even!

But we start with ONE and we give it 90 days to be completed in – the 90 day framework.

So, your one major goal right now might be to launch your website or set up a single landing page/funnel with an offer on for prospective clients.

So pick your ONE BIG GOAL, and then…..

I want you to break it down in to 4/5 smaller do-able tasks – something you can start doing immediately.

So, with our website or single landing page example, the things you need to do might be:

1.     Create a Pinterest Board with all the fonts, colours, and images that evokes the mood and feeling I want to create when someone visits my site or page

2.     I need to research other people’s sites in my market who I admire or like what they’ve done (and the key here is not to copy, but to model); what works for me, what doesn’t

3.     Then I need to research into what the best offers/prices/platforms out there that might host my site/page – eg. free ones, or paid ones, the best ones and note down your findings

4.     Next, I need to find someone to set it up (start asking for referrals) or find a training course to do it myself

5. I need to plan out what my landing page offer is

Then put a need-to-be-completed-by date next to each one so that your goal has a deadline (that can’t be missed!)

Deadlines are powerful. (Let’s call them live-lines!)

Now you can apply this principle to any other major objective or goal you are trying to achieve.

Can you see how all these smaller bite-sized do-able steps lead toward you achieving that ONE BIG GOAL and that you can do this?

And that if you put a date next to it, it suddenly seems far more real?

When I start breaking things down like this. It feels so much more achievable. Exciting.

And it feels even more amazing when things get ticked off my list. Done!

-       Have a juicy journal of choice to do all of this in :-)

-       Create your CLEAR VISION & COMPELLING VISION of the ONE goal you wish to achieve in the next 90 days

-       Fill out your My Wonderful Why Worksheet which you can download on this page here, (or write it in your journal)

-       Commit your vision to images and text so you are speaking to both sides of your brain: your logical and emotional sides (vision-board)

-       Write out your 4 to 5 smaller tasks next to your one big goal: things that can be done in days or weeks that lead to you achieving your ONE BIG GOAL
