Theta Healing® is an energy-based healing modality that works with our thoughts, belief systems and feelings. We work with the Theta brainwave, a relaxed meditative state when we are most able to tap into to our subconscious to then transform thoughts and beliefs that don’t serve us. We also use source energy to guide and direct.

For your Theta Healing® session, we will work together to identify and release any thoughts, beliefs or limitations around a current challenge you are facing and focus on any aspirations you have. These are one to one sessions where a clear, calm and comfortable space is held for you and you will feel powerful releases and transformation. Please note for Theta Healing, you will need to:
Be willing and ready to heal or transform what is challenging you
Have a belief in a Higher or Greater Life Force, energy system or ‘Creator’
Be open to receiving energy readings and information
During your consultation your questions, goals and any challenges will be discussed. Then, throughout the session, we sit in a relaxed and meditative position allowing us to enter the Theta brainwave state which will facilitate our work with the sub-conscious mind where core beliefs, thoughts and feelings are held. We will identify and release any blockages and misalignments, discuss what arises and work to create new thought and belief patterns allowing you to reach your goals and live a life more in congruence with you and your desires.
