A trained Artist (BA & MA in Fine Art, Wimbledon School Of Art, UK), Qualified Art Tutor + Certified Theta Healing® Instructor & Practitioner (Energy Work) & Coach, this space combines my years of art practice & teaching, energy-work and coaching with the addition of Sacred Geometry from my lineage; a daughter of Keith Critchlow.

I’m here for the Sacred, for creativity, for creating change, raising consciousness and living your best life whilst honouring and respecting our Great Mother Earth.

I’m fascinated by how we create with consciousness - hence my delve into energy-work after years of creating through art. I’m curious about the links. Sacred Geometry makes visible the invisible frequencies of energy that surround us and emit from us. It moves beyond words, logic and reason to the eternal realms of pure consciousness.

This space is an invitation to explore, to experiment, to research, and to contemplate and create on all levels.
