The Return To Soul-Self is a 2 Day Contemplative, Nourishing & Creative Immersion into the Art of Sacred Geometry
Introducing the Art of Sacred Geometry, we will explore through contemplative study and creative practice, inspired by the teachings of Keith Critchlow, with all soul-nourishing food provided by Curtis of Naturally Nourishing.
Sacred Geometry grounded in: Simplicity • Slowness • Symbolism • Soul and connection to Spirit
For Artists, Creatives and Spiritual Seekers (some experience of Sacred Geometry is helpful but not essential)
Facilitation of ideas through: slide show/talk, demonstrations, film showing, practical geometry, discussion and developing art skills & colouring techniques with free time to explore, led by Amelia & Jon
Join other like-hearted souls for morning, noon and evening nourishment: mind, body, soul - within the beautiful grounds and architecture of The Abbey & Keith Critchlow Curated Study Space
All vegetarian/vegan meals by Curtis of Naturally Nourishing + optional Nourishing Food Masterclass!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
💫 We Start both days @ 10am for a day in the Banquet Hall of The Abbey Spiritual Retreat. Then optional evening gatherings both days: meals + film + chats + time to colour, explore or discover more of The Abbey & Keith Critchlow Study Space
💫 Take time to connect with other like-minded, like-hearted souls during our 2 days together
💫 Bring your own projects to work on (should you desire) for our ‘free flow’ time alternatively work on your new creations from the day or meander The Abbey
💫 Spend time in The Abbey grounds, or colouring and creating in the company of others in the great banquet hall
💫 Have full access to the Keith Critchlow Collection curated studio space and spend time with the books Keith had in his personal studio
💫 No ‘going home’ at the end of the day, instead, continue your studies, chats, reflections or quiet time as you desire
💫 We start day 1 with a slide show and talk from Amelia Critchlow on Sacred Geometry, symbolism and meaning from Keith’s teaching to deepen your spiritual connection and wisdom of Sacred Geometry
💫 There will be an emphasis on using natural materials from hand-made paper, to watercolours, inks and Earth pigments in honour of Mother Earth & the Sacred
💫 Naturally Nourishing will provide all meals and snacks + drinks: we dine together for the 2 days and can continue the nourishing conversations + optional Food Masterclass on Day 2
💫 Each Day starts with a guided meditation to connect to your higher consciousness, finding your own inner still point as we head into a day of geometry, contemplation and creating
